Privacy Policy

This site belongs to Brett Gilbert, a real estate agent and Broker Associate at milehimodern. This page says what information the site collects, what it's used for, and who sees it.

1. What we collect

Only what you type into a form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and the details of your request (the address of a home, the neighborhoods you're considering, a note). The site doesn't ask for anything else and doesn't collect financial information.

2. Forms, analytics, and home search

Forms. Every form on this site goes through a small service that runs on Cloudflare. It passes your details to Brett's client database and sends Brett an email alert at [email protected]. Cloudflare Turnstile runs on each form to block spam; it doesn't show you a puzzle and doesn't track you across sites.

Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read, and which buttons they tap (call, text, form sent). Google's cookie doesn't tell Brett who you are. You can block it with a browser extension or your browser's tracking settings.

Home search. The home search is provided by IDX Broker at search.brettgilberthomes.com, which sets its own cookies and has its own privacy policy. If you sign up there to save searches or favorites, your name and contact details go to Brett's client database.

3. Text messaging

If you check the box under a phone field, Brett may text you about your request. The email Brett receives records that you checked the box, along with the date and time. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Brett doesn't add you to a texting list, and doesn't text you for marketing. See the Terms for the full consent language.

4. What Brett does with it

Brett uses your information to reply to you, and he keeps it in his client database so he can follow up. He doesn't sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing. If you sign up for the monthly market update, you can unsubscribe from any email.
