2. MLS and IDX listing data

Listing information on this site comes from the listing brokerage and, where the home search is live, from the REcolorado and IRES multiple listing services through an IDX feed. That information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and should be independently verified. Sold prices are displayed only where MLS rules allow. Listings marked as such are held by brokerages other than milehimodern.

3. Brokerage relationships in Colorado

Before you tour homes with Brett, you'll sign a written agreement that sets out what he does for you and how he's paid. He goes through it with you before you sign. Colorado law requires a signed agreement before a broker provides brokerage services to you.

4. What this site is

The content on this site is general information about buying and selling homes in Denver, Boulder, and the surrounding areas. It isn't legal, tax, or financial advice, and it doesn't create a brokerage relationship. Market numbers and program details change; each page shows when its numbers were last updated. Check anything you're relying on with a lender, attorney, or tax professional.
