Denver questions

What does a home cost in Denver right now?

Across the Denver metro, the median sale price in September 2026 was $575,000 for all homes and $635,000 for detached homes, according to the Denver Metro Association of Realtors. Prices vary a lot by neighborhood and by size. In northwest Denver, price per square foot drops as homes get bigger, so a small bungalow and a large Victorian can be closer in total price than the square footage suggests.

How fast are Denver homes selling?

Across the Denver metro, the median home spent 32 days on the market in September 2026, down from 35 a year earlier, according to the Denver Metro Association of Realtors. In Highland, Sunnyside, and Berkeley, the median home sold in 6 days at 100% of list price over the year ending September 2026. Large attached homes built in the 2000s took longer, 8 to 111 days.
